By using Cyprus Trails you agree to these terms. The app is provided by PRAESI TECHNOLOGIES LTD, Cyprus.
Reference information only
Trail routes, start points, lengths and walking times come from official open data or are calculated from it. They may be incomplete, out of date or different from conditions on the ground. Trails can close, change or be damaged by weather and fire. Always follow official signs and the advice of local authorities.
Your safety
Hiking involves risk. You are responsible for judging whether a route suits your experience, fitness, equipment and the weather. Do not rely on the app, GPS or mobile signal as your only means of navigation or of calling for help. In an emergency call 112.
Trail data licence
Trail data © Republic of Cyprus, published on data.gov.cy under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence. Cyprus Trails has adapted the data: names were completed and corrected, route pieces joined, the E4 grouped by region, and lengths, route types and walking times calculated.
Stamps and badges
Stamps and badges are a personal record for fun. They are not proof that a route was walked and have no monetary value.
Liability
The app is provided as is, free of charge. To the extent permitted by law, PRAESI TECHNOLOGIES LTD is not liable for loss, injury or damage arising from use of the app or its information. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
